Well, good afternoon and good morning to all, who are joining us at the Jefferies Exane Spring Auto Conference. We are very, very happy today to have Tim Grewe speak to us about GM's electrification strategy. Tim's title is Director of Electrification Strategy. And as we've done before in (inaudible) the session on discussion between myself and Tim, and then Stuart will do join and ask the questions coming from the audience.
