Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 2021 and 127th Limoneira Company Annual Meeting of Shareholders. I am Gordon Kimball, Chairman of the Board of Directors. This meeting will now come to order. Mark Palamountain, our Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary, will serve as secretary of the meeting and record the proceedings.
