Hi. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Andrea Botta, Chairman of the Board of Cheniere Energy, and it is my pleasure to all of you to our first virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholders. It's 3:00 p.m., and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Cheniere Energy, Inc. I would like to make a few announcements with respect to the conduct of today's meeting.
