Good afternoon everybody. This is Matt O'Neill from Goldman Sachs. I'm Joined today by John, Ross and Chuck from Open Lending. The Open Lending is a relatively new company, at least as far as the public markets are concerned, however, it's been around for a while.
And to start things off, John and team, I thought it might be helpful if we could just talk about the background of the company. Kind of how we got from Genesis many years ago to where we are today. And also give us a little background on all of yourselves history as well. That would be a good place to begin.
Well, just for the sake of intro, this is John Flynn. I'm the Chairman and CEO of the company. One of the Co-founders, myself and Ross and another gentleman started the company about 20 years ago.
