Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining me here this morning. I'm here with Sean Glithero, our CFO; and Michelle Wilson, our Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development. This morning, we updated you on our P4 trading and give an update on the progress on our strategy, our driving change agenda.
