BHP Group Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Ken MacKenzie, and I'm your chair. Thank you for joining us today. I recognize this is a far different situation than we're all used to. And I regret that we cannot be meeting face-to-face in Australia or London as we normally do.
But at the same time, I'm grateful that we can still connect, albeit virtually at this important time of the year. I'm joined virtually by all of your directors, who are located in the U.K., Switzerland, U.S. and, of course, Australia. We also have our auditors from Ernst & Young.
I would firstly like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which this Annual General Meeting is being held, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation and pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging. There being a quorum present, I declare the meeting open and take the notice of meeting as read.
