Centamin PLC Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Thank you. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to this -- this is now the 12th AGM of Centamin plc. My name is Jim Rutherford, I'm the Non-Exec Chair of the company, and I will be chairing today's meeting.
As it is now just about almost 10:00 AM, I think we're about 30 seconds shy of it. To start with, all the members of the Board are present today at the meeting. Sitting next to me, Martin Horgan, my immediate right, who's our CEO; and to Martin's right is Ross Jerrard, our CFO; and the rest of the Board, I think, are liberally sprinkled amongst the first couple of rows. You will have an opportunity after the meeting to meet with the Board.
Now moving on to the formal proceedings of the AGM. I note that a quorum of members is present, and I will therefore start the meeting. We decided to break with tradition and to hold this year's meeting in London, and we will be looking in future years to alternate locations between Jersey, which is the -- where the company is incorporated and London, which allows more
