Good morning, everyone. I'm delighted to be talking to you today in announcing our 2021 results. May I just say for the first time, we have a webcast. So on the home page of Dalata, you'll be able to see the slides as we talk through them. So feel free to log on to that, if you wish.
I suppose the very first page we've described as a time to look forward, and that will be the title for our annual report. And the reason for that is we've come through COVID. We've reflected a lot on it. We feel now it's time to look and see what the world looks after -- looks like after it, in terms of consumer behavior, corporate travel, impact of technology, impact in our cities.
