Hello, and welcome to everyone joining us today. My name is Poppy Gustafsson, and I'm the CEO of Darktrace. Many of you will have seen that this morning, Darktrace has made an exciting announcement. I'm very pleased to say that we have agreed to acquire Cybersprint, a cybersecurity company based in the Netherlands. This product provides continuous, real-time insights from an outside-in perspective to eliminate blind spots and detect risk.
I'm joined on the call today by my colleagues, Nicole Eagan, Chief Strategy and AI Officer; and Max Heinemeyer, Director of Threat Hunting at Darktrace; and of course, a warm welcome to Pieter Jansen, CEO at Cybersprint. And between us, we'll be talking you through the details of this transaction.
