In terms of the agenda for this morning, I'll cover 2018 highlights and Ralph will then look at the group financial performance. I'm delighted to have Christian Kather, Talc VP, here today, who will provide an update on our new Talc segment, before I wrap up by looking at the outlook for 2019.
