Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you all for dialing in. And I'm delighted to have on the call from GVC, which we'll still call GVC at the moment until shareholders approve Entain, CEO, Shay Segev; and IR, David Lloyd-Seed.

And without further ado, I'll hand over to Shay. And maybe, Shay, maybe just give a brief summary of what you talked about last Thursday at your CMD before we get into a bit more detail with the questions.
