I'd now like to hand you over to David Shearer, Executive Chairman. Good morning to you, sir.
Welcome to Esken's interim results for the period up to August 31, 2022. I'd like to start with our highlights. The key thing to report today is that we have now confirmed the financing package of GBP50 million of committed funds with a further GBP40 million of uncommitted funds that can be released at the discretion of the lender. The committed funds will allow us to fund the outstanding Propius liabilities, cancel our undrawn RCF, and provide working capital for the group. Lewis will provide more details on this funding shortly.
But the key thing is that this gives us certainty and clarity allowing us to focus on our core aviation and renewables businesses. Both core businesses have delivered a resilient
