Good morning, and welcome to Ferrexpo's Full Year Financial Results Presentation for 2020. My name is Lucio Genovese, and I was appointed Chair of Ferrexpo in August. And today, I'm joined by the management team, led by Jim North, Roman Palyvoda and Brett Salt, who will be taking you through the company's performance in 2020 and discussing the markets before we open up to a question-and-answer session.
But before they begin, a few words from myself. As you all know, 2020 will go down as a significant year in history and will be long remembered for the impact of COVID-19 around the world. Most importantly, it was a year for companies to focus on the well-being of their workforces and local communities. And I am proud to report on Ferrexpo's response to the pandemic by moving swiftly to protect on both early on in the panel.
