I'm Deanna Oppenheimer, I'm Chair of the company. I'm also Chair of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. I'd also like to welcome those of you listening to the proceedings by phone and we will be playing a video during this meeting. And despite our best efforts, it may not come over well as clearly as we'd like on the phone, but the video is available on our website to view wherever you wish.
