Good morning, everyone. This is Duncan. Thank you for joining us for our 2020 interim results. I'm joined by Gijsbert, our CFO; and Raghav, Head of Investor Relations.
In a moment, I'll provide some introductory remarks before handing over to Gijsbert, who will take you through the presentation. I will then come back and give you some of my initial high-level thoughts on the business before we open the lines for your questions.
Let me start by expressing my sincere thanks to all of my colleagues at Inchcape for their dedication during this challenging environment. Having joined the business in June, I've witnessed our teams collaborating and working incredibly hard to help navigate the business through this period. This is evidenced by our top line outperformance versus the market, but also by the quick and decisive actions that were taken in managing inventory, liquidity and addressing cost.
