Kosmos Energy Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It's now 8:00 a.m. here in Dallas and in accordance with the notice of the Annual Stockholders' Meeting, I call the Kosmos Energy Ltd. 2020 Annual Stockholder Meeting to order.
I am Andy Inglis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. I will preside as Chairman at today's meeting, as designated by the vote of a majority of the directors present at today's meeting. And Jason Doughty will act as the secretary of the meeting.
As a result of the COVID-19 mitigation measures, we're hosting today's Annual Stockholders' Meeting as a virtual meeting. We have stockholders attending via the web portal today, which ensures an inclusive process to reach all of our stockholders.
