PayPoint plc Acquisition of Appreciate Group M&A Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our presentation, following the announcement this morning of our recommended offer for Appreciate Group. And thank you all for joining us at a short notice. We're joined this morning by Julian Coghlan and Talha Ahmed from Appreciate, and they're here to actually answer questions later. So welcome to both of you as well.
So we're enormously excited for making this announcement today. It builds on the strong existing commercial relationship between our two businesses, and we believe the proposed acquisition is a compelling opportunity for PayPoint to acquire a highly complementary business with a strong management team, and well-established offerings in both prepayment savings and the corporate and consumer gifting and vouchering sector.
