So I'd really like to welcome you to -- all to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Tullow Oil plc. Firstly, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Phuthuma Nhleko, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Tullow Oil plc. I'm at the location of today's meeting and acting as formal Chairman of the meeting.
