Full Year 2023 Tyman PLC Earnings Call Transcript
All right. Good morning, everybody, and welcome to Tyman's result presentation for the year ended December 31, 2023. Before I hand over to Jason and Juliette for the highlights, the financial review, strategic progress, and summary and outlook, I would like to take this opportunity to briefly introduce myself.
As you know, I joined Timon on January 2 of this year as CEO, and this is the first opportunity to meet all of you. I will briefly talk about my background, and then more importantly, about why I'm excited to have joined Tyman and a few of my first impressions.
In terms of my background, before Tyman, between January 2018 and April 2023, I was the Chief Executive of Devro PLC, having originally joined as the Finance Director in 2016. And previous to that, I mainly worked in various finance and strategy roles in global manufacturing businesses like Element Six, Exxon Mobil, ICI, and Unilever. Such I gained a broad experience across a wide variety of industries and areas of the value chain.
