I would now like to introduce Peter Altabef to begin the meeting.
Thank you, and good morning. My name is Peter Altabef, Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Unisys Corporation, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to this year's Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are conducting this year's meeting over the Internet as a virtual meeting rather than in-person.
