Sabre Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I'm Larry Kellner, Sabre's Chairman. Thank you for being with us, and welcome to the corporation's 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. With me today are Sean Menke, who is Sabre's President and CEO as well as a director; and Steve Milton, Sabre's Corporate Secretary and secretary of today's meeting. Also attending today -- today's meeting are members of the Board of Directors. In addition to like Sean and myself, they're George Bravante, Hervé Couturier, Renée James; Gary Kusin; Judy Odom; Joe Osnoss, who is attending via teleconference; Karl Peterson; and Zane Rowe. Also attending is John Siciliano, who is a nominee for election as director. You should have found on your chairs a copy of today's agenda and a few rules for this meeting. As you will see from the agenda, we will first cover the legal requirements for the meeting, and then we will address the proposals included in the proxy statement. After that, Sean will provide a brief business review. Finally, we'll have a report on the results of the voting on the proxy statement
