Sanofi SA Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. We brought you together for the Annual Shareholders Meeting. And I thank you for being here. As Chairman of the Board, I'd like to open the Board at my side.
In attendance; Olivier Brandicourt, Chief Executive Officer; and Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon, CFO. Also present in the first row, the Board members and leaders of the group executive committee. We will now form the Bureau of the meeting. I'll ask Yannick Chalme representing L'Oréal and Olivier Desnos representing Amundi. Combining the greatest number of shares amongst shareholders present to kindly act as tellers. I suggest you appoint Philippe as meeting secretary. [Mr. Rafael] the officer of the court is in attendance.
