Thank you very much. Thank you, everyone. And welcome to our first of many to come, I hope, Investor Day. I know many of you, you were disappointed because we had to postpone the first one due to the COVID situation, but we were more disappointed than anybody else because we wanted to meet with you and tell you our story, where we are and where we are going.
So at the beginning, I just want to introduce our Chief Financial Officer, Doran Hole, he will go through the agenda today, and then I will come back and talk a little bit about Ameresco, where we are and, hopefully, where we are going.
And it's a great opportunity when you take the time and meet the great management team that we have in this company, a tremendous, tremendous bench strength. You will see about 11 individuals, of which 10, they manage the P&L responsibilities. So thank you very much for coming. And Doran?
