Yes. Thank you very much, Alexandra, and a warm welcome to everybody to our Q1 '22 conference call from my end as well. As usual, I have our CEO, Matthias Zachert; and our CFO, Michael Pontzen with me.
Please take notice of our safe harbor statement. I would like to flag that against the backdrop of the Russian war on the Ukraine and the persisting uncertainties, we have decided to postpone the Capital Markets Day to the second half of the year. This should also enable us to provide more tangible information on strategic steps, which we are currently working on and which might be further advanced in the second half of the year.
