Good morning, and thank you for joining our Virtual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Christopher Anzalone, the President and CEO and Director of Arrowhead and will be serving as Chairman for today's meeting. The polls are open for voting. With us today are Doug Given, Chairman of the Board; Mike Perry, Lead Director and Chair of the Compensation and Nominating Committees; Mauro Ferrari, Director; Will Waddill, Director and Chair of the Audit Committee.
