Okay, so we're going to get started with the next presentation here with Cboe Global Markets. Happy to have CEO, Ed Tilly; as well as CFO, Brian Schell, from Cboe.

Now just on some background about the company, Cboe is a global operator of exchanges and trade venues, in U.S. options, equities and futures markets, as well as European equities and FX markets. Cboe [reached] a number of (inaudible) records last year including its flagship S&P 500 options product, as well as VIX futures and we can talk some more of the trends behind that.

On the cost side, (inaudible) last stage of their Bats migration, the Cboe migration on the Bats technology later this year. And the company still maintains capital flexibility as well on the balance sheet.
