It's the Chicago way, right? Good morning, everybody. My name is Jim Foote, and I'm the President, CEO of CSX Railroad. And it's really great to be here, especially back in Chicago, which I consider pretty much my hometown, even though I spend most of my time now in Jacksonville. So I'd like to take just a few minutes here at the very beginning and then we'll do Q&A. To just go through this, an overview of CSX, the company and what we're doing.
For those of you who are not familiar with CSX, we're a freight railroad transportation company that encompasses -- covers -- blankets the entire Eastern half of the United States. Good thing about that is that's where 2/3 of the population resides, so a very, very good franchise, very strong market and also a good franchise in as much as we have a very diversified portfolio of business.
