Good afternoon, and welcome to KONE's first quarter earnings call. My name is Natalia Valtasaari, I'm Head of Investor Relations here at KONE, and I'm very pleased to be joined by our President and CEO, Henrik Ehrnrooth; and our CFO, Ilkka Hara. As usual, Henrik will start by going through the key developments in the quarter.
