Good afternoon. This meeting will please come to order. Welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Essex Property Trust, Inc.
Due to the continuing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to support the health and wellbeing of our stockholders and employees and their families, we are hosting this meeting in a virtual-only format with our stockholders participating via the web portal. I am George Marcus, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, and I will act as Chairman of this meeting.
