Hi, everybody. Thanks for joining us. Sorry for a bit of a delay there on the kickoff. So I'm Derek Bingham, I co-lead the GS SUSTAIN Research team. We're very fortunate to have with us today the team from JLL. They're a world leader in real estate services, to give us insights on what we're calling the next wave of ESG reporting, this whole spate of acronyms we're hearing a lot about but may not know why they're relevant for investors.
For one, the IEA estimates that buildings account for nearly 40% of total direct and indirect CO2 emissions. So the team has a lot of relevant experiences in tackling some of the biggest ESG challenges there are and have been gracious enough to share some of their learnings with us today.
