Hello, everyone. Welcome all. Happy to see so many of you for the 2018 results presentation for Icade. I'm very proud to present to you for the fourth year in a row with some robust results, strongly up, a lot of growth as we will now see in detail.
Icade is doing very well. We are -- Icade is innovating and accelerating. You can see on this page where we are continuing our dynamic approach. As you know, and as we said in the investment day in the month of November last year, we had very strong intuition confirming that we weren't going to be delivering on the 2015-2019 plan with -- but when you're ahead of schedule as to the 2019-'22 plan we presented last July, the new strategic plan in Icade for 2019-'22, as I say, this plan was voted unanimously by the board. That it was unanimous is important.
I am convinced, [militant] for this, company-wide, and the 2019-'22 plan has reaffirmed our value-creating business model. The results in 2018, which we'll get into detail about in just a minute, do confirm a third year of
