Good morning, everyone. I'm Todd McKinnon, CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Okta. It is my pleasure to welcome you to Okta's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

We are conducting our annual meeting entirely as an audio webcast. We hope that hosting the meeting virtually will allow a broader group of stockholders to participate. A virtual meeting also is consistent with COVID-19 social distancing measures to protect our investors and employees. It's 9:00 a.m. and the annual meeting will now come to order.
