There's a handful of slides here, but I'm just going to click through them because for many of you, Pegasystems' name may be new. So this is kind of more meant to be an overview.
Pegasystems really solves 2 problems, right? Historically, we had solved an operational excellence problem, which was tied to the business process management space. So we did things that typically sat in the back office or around the operational systems, and we kind of connected disparate systems, and we helped to kind of enrich the workflows and the ability to structure certain activities through a set of work -- of kind of work steps. That led us into the CRM space, which is kind of engaging with clients. A lot of the activities that you do around, say, in ERP workflow, and the way you engage with, say, a consumer in a B2C business are actually quite similar. You have a set of kind of work steps around a certain outcome.
Those 2 areas kind of come into really 2 problems that we solve. We help to get work done, as I mentioned,
