Thank you very much, and thank you for coming here today, and thank you for viewing on the web. I'm very, very happy to report to my shareholders and everyone else that we have had another record quarter. So I'll be using the term record quarter for many quarters now and very happy to see that it continues into Q1, has been a strong and good quarter.
