And welcome to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ubiquity Inc. It is now 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, and the meeting will come to order. My name is Hartley Nisenbaum, I'm the General Counsel of the company, and I will be presiding over this meeting.
