Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical Inc. My name is Dan Welch, and I'll serve as the Chairman of the Board. I'll be presiding over this meeting.
