At this time, I would like to welcome everyone to the Waste Management Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2018 Earnings Release Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) Thank you. Thank you, Dea. Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us for our fourth quarter 2018 earnings conference call. With me this morning are Jim Fish, President and Chief Executive Officer; John Morris, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; and Devina Rankin, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
