Good afternoon. This is the Chorus Call conference operator. Welcome, and thank you for joining the IVS Group Annual Report 2022 Conference Call. (Operator Instructions) At this time, I would like to turn the conference over to Mr. Alessandro Moro, CFO of IVS. Please go ahead, sir.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon and everybody, and thank you for attending this conference call. Marco Gallarati speaking, and with me is Alessandro Moro, our CFO. Today, Antonio Tartaro is traveling, he is abroad, I don't know if he will be able to connect in the conference.
Anyway, as usual in the first part of the conference, we will give you a comment on the results of the year and an overview on how we see the current situation and then some information on what we are doing with reference to the business combination with Liomatc and Gesa and finally, we will give you some comments on what we expect for the coming months and on the future strategies.
