Okay, good morning, everyone, and a very warm welcome to our Leonardo Full Year Results Presentation in London. I'm Raffaella Luglini, Chief Stakeholder Officer of Leonardo. Today, we are delighted to present to you not just our full year results for 2018, but also a detailed update on our progress in executing our medium term Industrial Plan. Plus a deep dive on 4 of our key business areas presented by their senior management.
We have organized the day as follows. First, our CEO, Alessandro Profumo, will begin the day by showing how last year, we have achieved a strong start in the execution of our plan, and how we had updated the plan. Then our CFO, Alessandra Genco, will cover the financial results and group performance and the outlook for next year. Then we will cover our -- 4 of our main areas of business.
