Hello. Good evening to all and thank you for joining this call. I believe that most of you know me, myself, and the company. We need -- we have we share with you the numbers, the figures for 2020. But also, I would like to share with you how our company in the market is moving -- going forward in this year in 2021.
Richard, I guess we share the next slide. So because as you see here, 2020 has been a quite complex year as you all know. Because of COVID, the delta has created some more problems in some countries. That had a very difficult economical situation in some regions, and therefore, the behavior of the market and the customers has changed in 2020. Our customer in 2020 -- our customer overall are very healthy customers because they don't distribute [only] here, but they also are ISPs, Internet provider.
In 2020, during COVID year, there has been a good year for our customers, even though some countries, as a sum, overall, heavy economically impacted because of COVID. In other aspects, we have to see because of the
