Good morning, everybody, and welcome to this news conference on Caverion's Q4 and full year results. We are reporting today live from Caverion headquarters. It's a sunny day. And the presenters today will be our CEO, Ari Lehtoranta; and CFO, Martti Ala-Härkönen.
