NN Group NV Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Okay. Good morning, everyone. Just going to take a moment to pause and look around and enjoy seeing the faces. It's very, very nice. I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our shareholders to the NN Group Annual General Meeting, which we're hosting for the first time as a hybrid event.
Of course, the last 2 years we had virtual events. Although Dutch law in the form of the Temporary Act COVID-19 Justice and Security allows us to hold our Annual General Meeting in a fully virtual way. We decided to give our shareholders the option to attend in person or alternatively to attend virtually. To the people in the room, we're extremely pleased to be able to welcome you again in person today. Thank you for coming.
I would now like to officially start today's meeting. On behalf of my colleagues and the Supervisory Board and the Management Board, I hope you're all doing well. We are presenting and broadcasting view from the NH Hotel, just across the road from our headquarters in the Hague.
