Dear shareholders, on behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to Royal Unibrew's AGM. My name is Peter Ruzicka, and I'm the Chairman of the Board in Royal Unibrew. This year's AGM will be a fully virtual AGM. In recent years, fewer and fewer shareholders have attended physical AGMs. And we believe that with the virtual AGM, we can reach a broader range of our shareholders, including not least our foreign shareholders. During the course of the next hour or so, we will give you a thorough review of the company's development in 2022 and our expectations for the year that is already well underway.
And here, our CEO, Lars Jensen, will also tell you about the development of our business in the beginning of this year. Then we are going to decide on the presented proposals. Should there be any questions during the AGM, the Chairman of the AGM will give you some instructions in a minute about how that will take place.
