Let me give you all thoughts on Baird. We are celebrating a very important year for us, our 100th year in business. Green Bay Packers, appropriately, Grand Canyon, Pebble Beach and Baird, all celebrating their 100th anniversary. So we're very, very proud. Privately held, employee owned, approaching $2 billion in revenue with 5 complementary businesses, all of which are growing, grew last year and growing again this year. So very healthy. A very good backdrop, and we're very proud of the organization.
