Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our third quarter results presentation. So we start on Page #3. And quarter 3 was very much a continuation of the environment we reported in the second quarter. And the headwind that we reported back then have clearly continued. And I think it's fair to say that in terms of the inflationary pressure, if anything, it has probably increased even a bit more in the third quarter. And we see the highest inflation rates in most of our markets and certainly in the larger markets, that is above what we have seen for I guess, the past 20-odd years or something, which clearly has a short-term impact on our
