Thank you. Good morning, ladies, and gentlemen, and welcome to this Ayvens full year 2023 results conference call. And first of all, thank you for joining us today. I'm hosting this call with John Saffret and Patrick Sommelet.

First, John and I will present the highlights of 2023. Then Patrick will comment on our financial results, which include LeasePlan since late May 2023. As I did last quarter, Patrick will provide some additional explanations to help you understand our underlying performance. After that I'll present in our outlook for the full year 2024, and then we'll take your questions.
