Well, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Freehold Royalties Ltd. I would like to thank everyone here for attending our 2002 (sic) [2022] Annual Meeting. My name is Marvin Romanow, I am the Chairman of Freehold. This is our 25th Annual Meeting. We take pride in our history, and we are very excited about our future, and you are going to hear more about that today. I'd also like to advise everybody that this meeting is being webcast.
