I know it was short notice for many. So I have with me Oscar Bernardes, the Chair of our Board of Directors; Eugênio Mattar, CEO and founder of Localiza; Rodrigo Tavares, our CFO.
So we're going to talk about our governance and succession journey and talk about the questions that arose from the proposal that we submitted.
