Mineral Resources Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Peter Wade, the Chairman of Mineral Resources Board. And I welcome you here today for this, the -- our 15th Annual General Meeting of Mineral Resources following our ASX listing in 2006.
2020 has been an extraordinary year, like no other in our lifetime. It's changed the way we live, the way we work and even the way we connect, as can be seen by today's meeting. Whilst I'm in Sydney, we're very fortunate to be able to hold an in-person AGM in Perth. There are not many places around the world that could do so safely, and Western Australia is the envy for many.
I'd like to introduce the Board and management who will join us today. Our Manager Director, Chris Ellison, is joined by his fellow Directors, Kelvin Flynn and James McClements. I also welcome Xi Xi who joins us today from Hong Kong. And I'm also pleased to introduce to you Susie Corlett, who is expected to join the Board in January as an independent nonexecutive director. She also joins us from Sydney. So welcome to everyone.
