Welcome, guys. It's been 12 months since our last one. It's that 12 months has spanned so quickly, it's unbelievable. There was a time when I thought my dad was going to be alive when he said that the older you get, the faster time travel, so I think he's right. So welcome to the meeting today. I'm Peter Wade, I'm the Chairman of Mineral Resources and also
Chairman of the meeting. I'd like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today, Whadjuk Nyungar people and pay more respect to the elders past and present. I'd also like to introduce the Board and management. On my right, we have Chris Ellison, he's the Managing Director; next to him is Mark Wilson, our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary; James McClements, Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee; Xi Xi, Independent Chair and Chair of the Nomination Committee; and at the far end is Kelvin Flynn, Independent Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee.
